RESERVATION POLICIES:

No reservation can be made without payment of deposit of €100 per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We can issue refunds minus deposit amount of €100 per person and booking fees up until 21 days prior to the event. If you need to cancel in the 3 weeks prior to the event, we can only issue a refund if your place is sold on. This does not affect your statutory rights.

MEDICAL CONCERNS/ DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

If you have any medical condition which we need to know about, please let us know prior to the event so we are aware and can alter your weekend to suit your needs. Similarly, if you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know ahead of time to ensure you are catered for.
